The Human Resources Business Unit is excited to announce our Professional Development programs for employees: Tabor Services Leaders for the Future Program (LFT) and Tabor Services Pre-Req Program. Tabor’s goal is to support the company’s commitment to invest in its future through the development of its people. Both programs have been personally designed based on the needs of the organization, composed of Professional Development and soft skills trainings that are geared to building and developing our future leaders.

The Leaders for the Future (LFT) training program is an ideal self-paced leadership program that focuses on developing talent internally while assisting employees to advance in their field of expertise in support of achieving career goals.

pre-req

Available for Aspiring Managers

Tabor Services Pre –Requisite program is a self-paced independent model, targeting employees that are aspiring to become managers. This program is designed to ensure that all up and coming managers are prepared and equipped with the knowledge, skills, and abilities to become a productive and efficient leader.
