LEADERS FOR THE FURTURE TRAINING Program

The Leaders for the Future Training Program consist of 4 blended learning models that are designed to enhance employee’s skills and abilities. The self-paced models are as follows: The Learning Model, The Effective Leadership Model, The Executive Leadership Model, and the A La Carte Model. All models are comprised of Professional Development and soft skill trainings that specifically focus on leadership, skill building, best practices, and strategy. Participants will be recommended by Senior Leadership based off of individual observations, performance measurements and/or need assessments. Participants will be given a 6-month window to complete the program followed by post tests and transfer of learning assignments.
