Sister Muhammad's Kitchen and Bakery

Sister Muhammad's Kitchen was founded by Abdul Rahim & Sharon Muhammad in 1999 after several "Do for self ventures". We are a family owned and operated business that believes in developing our community and giving back to others. In 2011 we received a major makeover to the community store fronts on historical Germantown Ave. Sister Muhammad's Kitchen is a take out or eat in restaurant. November 2018, Sister Muhammad's Kitchen and Bakery became a Powerful Partner with Tabor while addressing a need for quality cooked food with diverse menu option for those in our Germantown office.

Since then, Sister Muhammad's has helped Tabor further our mission through mentorship, providing employment opportunities to older youth of Tabor, and participating in Tabor's annual Taste of Tabor Fund raiser as a sponsor and chef mentee. Sister Muhammad's is also the 2019 Best Salmon Cheesesteak award winner. If you are ever in the area, please stop by and tell them Tabor sent you.
