Northwest Victims Services

Northwest Victim Services (NVS), Northwest Victim Services is the first grass roots non-profit agency created and dedicated to serving victims and witnesses to crime in the 5th, 14th 35th, and 39th Police Districts. Since 1981, its reputation for compassionate, effective service has spread throughout the Philadelphia region and beyond. With the help of a dedicated group of volunteers, staff and Board of Directors, more than 25,000 residents and businesses have received help from NVS since its founding.
