CUA Case Manager

Tabor Community Partners (TCP), an affiliate of Tabor Services is offering an excellent job opportunity for entry level professionals and/or professionals that are looking for a career change who has the passion and motivation to work with children and families with a focus on safety and well-being.

As a CUA Case Manager, you will assist families in developing practices and skills that reduce safety risks, and enhances their ability to provide a nurturing environment for children. You will learn to develop client goals, and apply resources with team collaborations along with other components of youth and family services.

EDUCATION

Bachelor’s degree in Social Work or related field from an accredited college or university

 

EXPERIENCE

Minimum of (2) years of social work experience. Any equivalent combination of education and experience determined to be in accordance with DHS requirements will be considered.

 

ON-CALL /REGULAR TRAVEL IS REQUIRED FOR THIS POSITION. This is a full time position Monday-Friday 9am-5pm. Hours may vary based on job functions and responsibilities.
