CUA Case Aide

Tabor Community Partners is looking for a dependable individual for the CUA Case Aide position. In this position you will conduct and participate in home, school, and community visits, along with assisting in accessing resources and records. This position also requires direct client interaction and execution of transports, assessments and supportive interventions in order to support delivery of child welfare services. In addition, the Case Aide will assist the Case Managers with supervising visits between children and caregivers in the visitation rooms and in the community.

Must work a flexible schedule to meet the needs of children, youth, and families and to cover emergencies. Daily travel with a rotating schedule is an essential requirement of the job.

Must have a valid Driver's License.

EDUCATION

· High School Diploma and/or GED equivalent.

EXPERIENCE

· At least two (2) years of experience working in an environment involving children, youth and families. Knowledge of child, youth and family service systems and community resources is preferred.
