Tabor Services, Inc., a Family of Services, is pleased to offer comprehensive and competitive benefits to eligible employees and their eligible dependents. Benefits-eligible employees of Tabor Services, Inc. and Tabor Community Partners can enroll themselves and their dependents either upon hire (to be effective the first of the month following 2-months of service), during the open enrollment period or if they experience a qualified life event. Tabor strives to provide employees with happy and
healthy lifestyles to foster a solid work-life balance. Our core benefits include medical, dental, vision, long-term disability, basic life
insurance and AD&D. Voluntary benefits available at cost to the employee include life insurance & AD&D, long-term disability, short-term disability, critical illness, and accident insurance provided through Sun Life. Employees share cost of health coverage provided by: Homestead/Indecs (open access), Homestead/Aetna HDHP, Independent Blue Cross Prescription/Future Scripts, Sun Life, Delta Dental and EyeMed (voluntary vision). Tabor also provides employees at 100% cost: Basic life insurance and AD&D. The 401K retirement plan is offered by employee election only through John Hancock. Other benefits include, Paid Time Off, FMLA and Leave of Absence, and Tuition assistance.
