Jaimee Arndt

Jaimee Arndt joined Tabor Children’s Services as the Executive Vice President of Operations in August 2025. Jaimee has over twenty years of experience working in social services, behavioral health, and the non-profit sector. The majority of her career has involved growing and leading programs for organizations who serve children and families, primarily the underserved population. In addition to her clinical work as a psychotherapist with a group practice, she has held positions at all levels including direct care, supervisory, management, and leadership roles. Jaimee’s additional prior experiences include: Project Director for a Fetal Alcohol Spectrum Disorders Initiative in Philadelphia, multiple roles within the early intervention system, and supporting and directing multiple programs that provided behavioral health support to children in the school setting, their home, and community. Jaimee was most recently the Deputy Director of Programs for a Philadelphia regional non-profit where she oversaw the daily operations of various programs and led a team of Directors. Jaimee has a strong background in building dynamic teams internally, as well as with external stakeholders including local schools, funders, and hospitals. She has earned her Master’s of Business Administration in Health Administration, a Master’s of Science in Clinical Counseling Psychology with a concentration in Child and Adolescent, and is a Licensed Professional Counselor in the state of Pennsylvania.
