Benefits-eligible employees of Tabor Services, Inc. and Tabor Community Partners can enroll themselves and their dependents either upon hire (to be effective the first of the following 3-month of service), during the open enrollment period or if they experience a qualified life event. Tabor strives to provide employees with happy and healthy lifestyles to foster a solid work-life balance.Tabor offers the following medical benefits: IBX HMO, INDEC open access, Future Scripts prescription plan, voluntary EYEMED, Delta Dental, 401k.  Tabor also provides employees at 100% cost: LTD, STD, Life and AD&D.

Our core benefits include: life, accidents, and disability insurance provided by Lincoln Financial Group. Employees share cost of health coverage which is provided by: INDECS, Independent Blue Cross, Delta Dental, and EyeMed. The 401K retirement plans are offered by employee election only through John Hancock.  Other benefits include, Paid time off, FMLA and Leave of Absence, and  Tuition assistance.
