FRONT OFFICE MANAGER

LOCATION: Chester County

 JOB SUMMARY:

The Front Office Manager position is a confidential administrative role. The Front Office Manager is responsible for the front desk activities which are facilitated through the direction of the Independent Living Program Manager. The Front Office Manager’s primary tasks includes welcoming clients and visitors in person or on the telephone and answering or referring inquiries to the appropriate personnel. The role includes supporting administrative activities and the needs of visitors. The position also supports building security by following procedures; monitoring logbook; issuing visitor badges as well as other related responsibilities. Part-time hours may vary depending on operational needs, but work days are Monday through Friday. The Front Office Manager provides a positive first impression that reflects the professional culture of Tabor. This includes demonstrating and promoting positive behaviors that foster a healthy work environment for self or others. The Front Office Manager position supports the Chester Co. Program and represents the Agency first and foremost.

EDUCATION:

High school diploma required.

EXPERIENCE:

One (1) year clerical experience, Bilingual in Spanish is preferred.

  • Strong working knowledge of computer application (Microsoft Office) and ability to work with various digital information system.

CERTIFICATIONS, LICENSES, REGISTRATIONS:

Provide a valid PA child abuse clearance, FBI check and Criminal Background Check. Must be free from communicable/infectious diseases.
